The rules, in plain words.

Nesion is an entertainment product. It reads conversations you paste and produces playful, directional reports about the dynamic between the people in them. Reports are estimates for fun and reflection. They are not psychological advice, diagnosis, or any kind of professional opinion, and you should not make decisions that matter — relational, medical, legal, financial — based on them.

You need an email and a password. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. One person, one account; no sharing credentials.

Only conversations you are part of, or that you have permission to use. Don't paste other people's private chats without their consent, and don't use Nesion to harass, stalk, or defame anyone. We can suspend accounts that do.

Paid plans (Pro, Plus) are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe. They renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel or switch plans anytime from your account's billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and the remaining days stay active. If a payment fails we retry and notify you; repeated failures return the account to the free plan. Prices may change with notice before the next billing cycle.

The conversations you paste stay yours. We never store their text — only the report and a fingerprint of the input, as described on the privacy page. You can delete any report you generated from your account.

Nesion is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect. You can close your account and delete your reports anytime. We can suspend service for abuse or legal reasons.
